Join the Cade Museum for an installation of the Tony Barr Speaker Series featuring Tony Barr on Wednesday, April 3rd from 5:30pm-7:30pm.

This talk will be the official introduction (or definitive announcement) of his concept “A Model of Reality” and its implications for computer science. Mr.Barr will walk us through the aspects of his life’s work that led him to the development of this new paradigm, the philosophers and programmers whose work has influenced its development, and questions that remain. In a world where systems and language design are fundamentally built using frameworks where schema and data are separate, Tony Barr introduces us all to the idea that schema and data can coexist within a singular model, A Model of Reality.

Doors will open at 5:30pm and we will begin with light appetizers and drinks, followed by the lecture and audience questions beginning at 6:00pm.

Students $5 | Adults $10
